The Aerotropolis Area Coordinating Metropolitan District (“AACMD”) is located in the City of Aurora, Colorado. The AACMD was established to finance the construction of public improvements for the use and benefit of all anticipated residents of the District. The AACMD Service Plan serves as the coordinating district or project manager responsible for the design and construction of public improvements within The Aurora Highlands and the Aerotropolis Regional Transportation Authority (“ARTA”) areas on behalf of The Aurora Highlands Community Authority Board and Aerotropolis Regional Transportation Authority (“ARTA”).
