The CAB is the governing body formed to own, operate, manage, and maintain various CAB Properties and other common areas, to provide services for the benefit of the real property owners, tenants and occupants in the Community (each a “Homeowner”, “Resident” or “Occupant”). The CAB has hired a third-party management company to assist both The CAB and Homeowners, Residents and Occupants.
The CAB was established by intergovernmental agreement of its CAB Member Districts, the Aerotropolis Area Coordinating Metropolitan District, The Aurora Highlands Metropolitan District 1 – 3, and ATEC Metropolitan District 1 & 2 in 2019. The Aurora Highlands Metropolitan District No. 6 became a CAB Member District in 2022.
